Oven grilled with lower temperature than usual for almost two hours, almost no grease at all. Crunchy skin and juicy meat.
Cheese hidden inside the katsu is the fun part of this pork cutlet. Takes time to cook but super tasty and the cutlet also goes well with soy sauce and wasabi.
One of my favorite Korean dish gamjatang. It’s normally made with the pork with joint bones(part called as gamja in Korean)but I prefer making it with back ribs or spare ribs because it’s easier to eat and the taste of texture doesn’t differ much.

Beets taste like corns it goes well with grilled meat. Chunk of burrata is a good appetizer for dinner and grapes for dessert.
