Love fried quinoa adding crunchiness when having with grilled chicken. Add salt, pepper and herbs(basil, rosemary) when frying quinoa.
Consome spaghetti once in a while is pretty good giving warm feeling. I normally make less soupy pastas.

Kimchi is one of the essential foods in Korea. There are many variations to use kimchi as a soup. Usually tofu is added to the soup but didn’t have one at home so this time it’s a simple tuna kimchi jjigae.
The memory of the first anniversary in Hawaii is still clear. The sea was beautiful clear with lots of fish to snorkely for. Had many pineapple combination dishes. Spam musubi on the boat after water sports tasted yum.
