Galbitang (Korean beef rib soup)
Can’t live without meat.. Galbitang is good for chilly days. The soup can be a little greasy because galbi rib part contains quite a bit of fat. Have it with kimchi which is good for digestion too.

Healthy home made yakisoba full of vegetables and pork slices. Normally yakisoba sold outside in Japan is mostly just noodles with less other ingredients.
Tender pork ribs soup cooked with healthy herbs. Bak ku teh herb packs are sold online. Good for any days you need energy. To me the one I had in Malaysia is the best so far. I wonder what their secret herb recipe is.
Maybe I got to crave more sushi in the US than when I was in Japan. What a relief the sushi ingredients are sold in H mart.
One of the Japanese simple donburi style which you can feel the harmony of soft rice, egg and beef’s salty sweet taste.
I prefer spicy ddeokbokki but people other than Koreans tend to like the gungjung style more. I guess many people think it’s too spicy hot for their taste.
So much into having cucumbers these days. Crisp healthy, easy to keep and serve compared to lettuce. Home made hamburg steak once in a while feels less guilty than having hamburgers outside with lots of fat.
Love the combination of cheese and bolognese sauce. Sweet sour margarita drink was a right choice for this oven spaghetti
It is quite hard to find a good waffle place where they bake just according to your taste. Making it at home takes time but it’s worth it. I prefer a bit burnt crunchy waffle and next time i’ll try making it more crispy.
Yakiniku means grilled meat in Japanese. Fat tender wagyu beef goes well with the soy sauce and wasabi together. Tororo yam is said to be good for gaining vigor so people grind it and have it mixed with rice adding soy sauce according to taste.
