Inari sushi & beef stir fry

The shape of inari sushi is usually made triangular in Korea(yubu chobab) and rectangular in Japan. I got the tofu skin pouch from H mart, Korean yubu chobab making set. It’s convenient to make inari sushi with this set since the sauce and flakes are included (except rice).
