LA (style) galbi

Grilled thin cut beef rib, salad and apple juice
LA style galbi(thinner than original Korean style galbi) beef is marinated sweet salty with soy sauce, plum juice, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil, a bit of cooking alcohol. Leave in the fridge for a day and grill until fully cooked.

Can have them without rice if made less salty. I like to have the chewy inner part sticked to the bones like gummies.
