Looks a bit messy. This time we used chopped octopus, spring onion, rice cake, agedama/ikaten(fried crumbs), shredded mozzarella cheese for ingredients and batter for takoyaki. Had takoyaki with bonita flakes, mayonnaise takoyaki sauce/ salted sesame oil sauceCute round takoyaki. Should be careful not to burn your inner mouth when you eat it because the inside is kept really hot and a bit liquid like a lava for quite long after making it
I’ve never met anyone who dislike a takoyaki except who can’t have octopus(tako). It is so delicious. Making takoyaki at home with the ingredients you want is the best all you can it takoyaki party. Brought the machine from Japan and using it with an electric transformer.
