Jjimdak (Korean soy sauce steamed chicken)

Jjimdak, jjim=steamed, dak=chicken. Though it meas steamed chicken, it is more like a dish simmered with lots of other ingredients
Soy sauce based(andong-(Korean region name)style) chicken dish; potato, onion, spring onion, glass noodle is a must side ingredients

If you have this in an Korean restaurants it looks darker colored for using a special thick soy sauce. When you make it at home using normal soy sauce is okay too, the taste is fine.
