Yukgejang (Korean spicy beef vegetable soup)

Serve yukgaejang with rice.
Yukgaejang soup base is sold in H mart. Just add more beef, daikon radish, bracken stem together when boiling and it’s done.

With this nutritious yukgaejang no other side dishes are needed. Just rice and this soup it’s good enough.
