Samsekjeon, ehobak jeon, mushroom jeon

Traditional jeon served with kimchi, soy sauce, salted sesame oil and shikye drink.
Samsek means three colors. Samsek jeon is normally made with meat, mushroom, vegetable making them appear three colors as skewer together. This time I made it with crab meat sticks, spring onion/chive and ham. Also made ehobak(Korean zukini pumpkin)jeon and pyogo(shitake mushroom) jeon. Cover the ingredients with flour and egg water and griddle well not to burn the batter.

Jeon is a traditional type of Korean pancake. Especially jeon for Chuseok, it takes quite a long time to make these. Doing it with many family members spliting the role for each procedure gets the task done earlier, however this time of year because of COVID, did it alone.
