Galbitang (Korean beef rib soup)

Galbitang served with rice and kimchi
Dip the galbi meat to the soy sauce when having it. Galbitang is made with beef rib, garlic, spring onion, salt and water. Really simple. Boil it long enough to make the meat tender.

Can’t live without meat.. Galbitang is good for chilly days. The soup can be a little greasy because galbi rib part contains quite a bit of fat. Have it with kimchi which is good for digestion too.
