Home made jjamppong and jjajangmyun

Jjajang and jjampong is something you consider seriously which to eat when ordering a Korean-Chinese restaurant menu. It’s also a popular delivery food in Korea.
Add lots of seafood like squid, baby octopus, shrimp, etc. and onions to the jjampong soup sauce sold in H mart (there are many brands but normally all taste similar) then it makes a delicious spicy jjampong.
For jjajang noodle get instant pack noodle from H mart and add small diced pork meat and lots of diced onion stir frying with the sauce(put a bit more water than written) making it in advance. Cook the noodle and mix the jjajang sauce then the jjajangmyun is ready to eat.

Why choose only one? Have both! Although it takes some effort to make them at home in the US (couldn’t find a good restaurant yet) it’s worth have them together. I would have just simply ordered a delivery if I were in Korea.
