Bibimbap (ggomak) and grilled sweet potato

Ggomak is a kind of ark shell/cockles especially popuar in beolgyo region in Korea. Marinade ggomak (with soysauce, saseme, chili pepper powder and spring onion) and have it with bibimbap together!

Korean sweet potatoes are really soft and sweet. Must grill it well in the oven to enjoy in winters. Ggomak bibimbap is a gormet in this season in Korea. You can get frozen ggomak sold in H mart, I recommend the ones taken in Beolgyo area.
