Galbi (LA galbi)

Galbi, rib, beef meat are normally used in thick cuts with whole bones in Korea. LA style galbi is created by Koreans living in LA and these meat are thin sliced with the rib bones horizontally cut together. I like to chew the hard part around the bone area although it could make your jaws painful if you eat too much of these.
