Salmon avocado donburi

Salmon is quite expensive in Japan. It’s relatively cheap in the US but sold in huge chunks I can’t really dare buy sometimes because I’m not a huge fan of fish. However, if salmon is sold with a sign of ‘for sushi/sushi grade’ it’s expensive in the US, too.
