DC Cherry blossom Festival

It was raining really hard for about an hour in the middle of the day but it soon became sunny after that.

Lovely cherry blossoms are everywhere in the National Mall and the tidal basin area.

It was crowded, still cold, and hard to find parking spaces. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the flowers and the atmosphere.
