China Chilcano by José Andrés (Restaurant week dinner)
It was a pleasant course meal as a ‘restaurant week’ dinner in DC.
Everything was tasty and the vibe was good.
We didn’t make a reservation and spontaneously visited this place because we suddenly became hungry thinking we couldn’t wait until getting home to eat something.
So we had to sit at the counter bar which was packed by the time we started eating.
I recommend making a reservation in advance if you have plans.
