Japchae (Korean glass noodle cuisine)

Japchae is one of the dish made for celebration days like birthdays or passing an exam in old times Korea.
Japchae served with hwangtaechae muchim(dried fish stir fried in spicy sauce) and rice juice(achimhatsal is one of my favorite brands)
Japchae; glass noodle, beef strip, onion, carrot, chive, garlic, soysauce, sesame seed

Japchae is normally a side dish with rice but I have it as a full meal sometimes
