Chinzaorosu

It’s a chinese-japanese style meat stir fry with pimang and bamboo shoot. The meat has to be marinated and rolled into the potato starch in advance before frying the ingredients together.

The balance of the sauce mixture is the key to this dish. Have to find the perfect ratio of oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, mirin/cooking sake, sesame oil, avocado oil according to your taste.
