Gamjatang

Gamjatang, Korean pork dish, made with pork back ribs
Pork back rib, siregi(dried radish leaves), potato, perilla, perilla seed powder, enoki mushroom, gochujang chilli paste, ssamjang, soy sauce, garlic, spring onion, glass noodle, (maesil plum liquid)

One of my favorite Korean dish gamjatang. It’s normally made with the pork with joint bones(part called as gamja in Korean)but I prefer making it with back ribs or spare ribs because it’s easier to eat and the taste of texture doesn’t differ much.
