Kalguksu noodle

Kalguksu served with egg coated grilled zukini(jijimi), kimchi and fruits and dessert
The soup base is made with thin sliced vegetables such as onion, shitake mushroom, zukini, carrot, garlic and enchovy in a (tea) infusing pouch. Putting them in the pouch is an option depending on your preference. After boiling a long time you can take the pouch out and make the soup look neat but taste good. Important ingredients are clams, potatoes, and adding wang mandu(big dumpling made for soup) is a plus.

Kalguksu is a warm noodle dish you can enjoy especially when raining.
