Sogogi mukkuk (beef radish) soup and shitake mushroom jijimi

Korean style beef dakon radish soup and mushroom jijimi
Shitake mushroom covered with egg and fried. Dip in the soy sauce and have it.
Beef dakon radish soup. Put beef radish, spring onion, garlic, little bit of chilli pepper into water and boil for long. Season only with salt and a bit of soy sauce.

Simple healthy dinner. These days it’s still warm during the day time but suddenly temperature drops at night and we get to crave for the soup dish.
