Chirashi sushi

Chirashi sushi served with tamagoyaki(egg roll)
Ingredients used chirashi this time; halibut, tuna, salmon, flying fish roe, egg, cucumber.

Don’t forget to mix the soy sauce and wasabi in the other dish and sprinkle/pour on top of the chirashi topping before eating.
