Newly opened library in DC, spacious, cool and quiet
Reserve spaces online for personal booths for studies, meeting rooms, computers and many more. Walk-in available for vacant table seats in the open space as well.
Haven’t tried these services but I guess it’s helpful for foreigners who don’t speak English well.
Top floor garden and benches. There are tables and chairs too, some people were snacking and chatting.

The cafe area was still under construction but other parts were all open. Very modern atmosphere, good place for studying, working and reading. I would visit here often if I were to live in this area in DC.
