Porridge and ssam

Beef porridge and marinated perilla leaves ssam(wrap)
Added eggs to beef porridge to get more protein and creamy texture. Grilled salted seaweed and sesame seeds as toppings.
Perilla leaves marinated with soy sauce is very tasty. It’s ggaenip which is Korean sesame leaf. It is different from Japanese shiso or oba/ooba, the taste is totally different so becareful not to get a wrong one.

Was supposed to be a light beef egg porridge and perilla leaves ssam but felt so full after this.
