Galbi jjim

Galbi jjim(beef rib steamed) served with kimchi, grilled seaweed, rice and shikhye
Block cut galbi marinated with soy sauce, garlic and plum sugar in advance for like a day. Steamed with dates, daikon, onion, chestnut and pyogo(shitake mushroom).

Galbijjim is one of my favorite Korean dish. It is often made for celebrations or traditional holidays or health recovery. Chuseok is full of tasty dish at home.
