Subuta (sour pork) with bokchoy

Subuta served with rice, miso soup and watermelon as dessert
Subuta goes well with bokchoy. Subuta’s sauce is made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, mirin and garlic. It’s a Japanese-Chinese dish.

Normally subuta, a Japanese dish is made with vegetables like pimang and onions. This time I tried with bokchoy and it’s quite good.
