Salmon and Ikura(salmon roe) donburi served with cucumber and non alcohol beer
Put soy sauce and wasabi mixed sauce on this donburi and it’s ready

Maybe I got to crave more sushi in the US than when I was in Japan. What a relief the sushi ingredients are sold in H mart.
