Tonkatsu curry

Pork cutlet (tonkatsu) with Japanese style curry served with cherry tomatoes and grapefruit juice
Frying tonkatsu at home has become something more common while living in the US

Tonkatsu and curry together is a common combination in Japan. They taste great! This became one of my favorite home made dish.
