Jjimdak (braised chicken)

Korean style jjimdak made less thick like soup
Chicken, potato, onion, spring onion, garlic, chilli pepper(big slice taken out later) with soy sauce, (oyster sauce), plum sugar and water. I don’t know why but the chicken tasted like pork lol

Wanted to have warm soup too so I made jjimdak adding more water like soup. Instant pot makes the meat so tender I can’t live without it.
