Independence Day Fireworks DC

This day was really hot.

I had to walk a lot to get to one of the best view spots from early on because the traffic gets really harsh, hard to find a parking lot and the streets are blocked later.

Finally managed to get a seat at the national mall near the Lincoln Memorial and it was worth being there.

The floor stones were heated like sauna jjimjilbang rocks I could feel it as I sat on the picnic mat.

Arriving quite early, we had plenty of time to wait before the fireworks starts.

I brought some snacks, light dinner bento, and trump cards to enjoy so it wasn’t boring though.

The fireworks lasted about 30min and I felt it so short but really festive and beautiful.
