It took like an hour or more to have a look around the whole gallery and it was full of distinctive arts. Fun to go with friends who are not so much art fans too.
This is one of the popular chicken dish in Korea. Spicy chicken marinated with gochujang and soysauce, lots of cabbage and onion with some sesame leaves makes good taste.
The combination of these foods was perfect for the first non alcohol beer tasting in the US.
Bossam you need kimchi together. You can have it wrapped with lettuce putting slice of bossam meat and kimchi together. This time I couldn’t get a good lettuce so had only with kimchi and soup.
Kimchi chige is made with kimchi and tofu/tuna/pork as main ingredients. I put all of them this time and the soup tastes richer and creamy.
Wanted to try other kinds of dimsums too but got really full after the duck dish. Will visit again to taste more.
Cute shell looking madeleine is soft tasty with cocoa powder and sweetened orange peel added. Tea time with madeleine is delightful.
