Tuna kimchi jjigae(stew/soup)
Kimchi is one of the essential foods in Korea. There are many variations to use kimchi as a soup. Usually tofu is added to the soup but didn’t have one at home so this time it’s a simple tuna kimchi jjigae.
Spam musubi
The memory of the first anniversary in Hawaii is still clear. The sea was beautiful clear with lots of fish to snorkely for. Had many pineapple combination dishes. Spam musubi on the boat after water sports tasted yum.
Ocean city
The first trip to the beach this year in Maryland. It was a lovey day though had to drive very long for a day trip.
