Grilled saury marinated with soy sauce and mirin. Chopped or ground daikon(radish) with the grilled fish is a good combination and gives freshness while having the food. Lemon on the side to squeeze it on top of the fish takes away the unwanted fishy smell.

Grilling fish in the house is a big challenge because the fishy smell stays long in the house and the dish washer as well. However, cooked less than once a year, it is quite a welcomed food for grilled fish lovers.
