Sundubu chige (spicy soft tofu soup)

Sundubu chige; softest tofu, onion, ground beef, (corb shell), spring onion, mushroom, egg, soy sauce, garlic, chilli pepper, chilli oil
Tteok galbi is a Korean style small hamburg steak. No western spices needed to make this one but soy sauce and garlic are musts.

Sundubu chige is normally made quite spicy but not in my house. It’s made mild enough to have even without rice sometimes.
