This is a Korean pork kimchi stir fry dish similar to jeyuk(boggum). It was also popular after introduced in Japan called as butakimu. Spicy and tasty.
Takes a lot of time to prepare this but worth the taste. Got to know making a delicious neat chashyu is not easy. Must have a very sharp big knife to cut the pork slices.
