Takes a lot of time to prepare this but worth the taste. Got to know making a delicious neat chashyu is not easy. Must have a very sharp big knife to cut the pork slices.

Sundubu chige is normally made quite spicy but not in my house. It’s made mild enough to have even without rice sometimes.
Grilling fish in the house is a big challenge because the fishy smell stays long in the house and the dish washer as well. However, cooked less than once a year, it is quite a welcomed food for grilled fish lovers.
So far my favorite in this restaurant is Char kuey teow(had it last time)and Roti canai.
